Dans le cadre d’une mission dédiée à un client spécifique, nous recrutons un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) polyvalent(e) :
– CDI avec période d’essai
– Disponibilité immédiate
– Durée de travail : mi-temps puis temps plein à partir de septembre / octobre
– Objectif du poste : s’occuper d’un client de l’agence pour la gestion quotidienne des mails, établissement des devis/factures, gestion des adhérents en relation avec le Conseil d’administration, mise à jour du site internet, animation de la page Linkedin, relations avec les partenaires / écoles, organisation des événements, tenue de stands lors de 3 événements par an environ, réorganisation et optimisation des outils en place
– Compétences requises : maitrise outils informatiques, suite office – anglais lu parlé serait un plus
– Profil : motivation et bonne humeur 😉
